WAAWLondon
Women Artists’ Art Week (WAAWLondon) - a UK-based initiative encouraging art institutions to advance gender equality, co-founded by Annya Sand and Catherine Hunt.
The goal of WAAWLondon is to raise awareness about the imbalance of representation for female artists in the London art scene, as well as to help them launch a career and achieve financial self-sufficiency. The initiative encourages commercial and cultural art organizations to engage more with female artists in order to create an environment that appreciates and fosters female artists’ role in the art world.
WAAWLondon is our main partner to execute the art week at Jodhpur.
JDH Urban Regeneration Project
JDH is an Urban Regeneration Project is an enterprise that is deeply rooted in value. Its mission began with the restoration of the Walled City of Jodhpur to its former glory, breathing new life into the district’s invaluable landmarks and livelihoods. From the venture’s launch in 2015, the transformative forces of design, technology, commerce and culture began to converge on Jodhpur’s ancient and hallowed ground, revitalising its atmospheric gullies, havelis and bazaars. But this is not just a restoration story – this unique venture also represents a brand new business model that blends social and economic objectives into a seamless, sustainable and incredibly resilient whole. JDH is a blueprint for a better future, built on the invaluable foundation of the past.
