Sana Rezwan serves as Executive Director of Prestige Group, where she leads the company's expansion across North India with particular focus on the National Capital Region. Across all asset classes — residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality — her leadership combines strategic foresight with flawless execution. She has a remarkable ability to anticipate opportunities ahead of the market, transform vision into action, and inspire teams to deliver with discipline, speed, and excellence.

What she brings to this role is a perspective shaped by more than conventional real estate thinking. Guided by a deep interest in how people inhabit and relate to their environments, she is a consistent advocate for integrating sustainability, wellness, and technology into how Prestige develops and delivers across its northern portfolio. For Sana, the most enduring developments are those designed with as much thought for the people around them as for the product itself.

Her engagement with arts and culture began in 2020, and in 2022 she formally established the Public Arts Trust of India (PATI), a non-profit organisation committed to democratising access to art and culture by embedding creativity into everyday life. Based in Rajasthan, PATI develops grassroots and international initiatives spanning artist residencies, public art commissions, education, curation, and cross-cultural exchange — all while fostering innovation at the intersection of art, technology, and society. All of PATI's programmes are free and open to all.

A cornerstone of PATI's programming is its BUILD Program (Belong • Understand • Imagine • Learn • Discover). Implemented in government schools and museums across Jodhpur, this creative arts education initiative introduces arts-integrated learning rooted in local ecology, folklore, and material culture. It empowers students and educators alike to engage with heritage and imagination through an interdisciplinary, community-based curriculum.

PATI's primary flagship activation is a singular landmark event:

• SITE Jodhpur — launching in 2027, SITE Jodhpur is an annual 7-week platform for site-responsive contemporary art, activating the city's historic venues and bringing together artists, designers, makers, and thinkers from Jodhpur and around the world for a season of creative dialogue and regional engagement.

Through PATI, Sana has built an exceptional portfolio of strategic partnerships — with institutions and organisations including the British Embassy, the Embassy of France, the Embassy of the Netherlands, the Loewe Foundation, Vista Jets and many more — reflecting both her convening power and her ability to align global partners around a shared cultural vision.

Sana has been a prominent figure in the global art and philanthropic communities. While she lived in New York, she served as a patron of the South Asian Modern and Contemporary Art Department at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, a member of the Advisory Arts Council of Harvard University's South Asia Institute, a board member of the Art Production Fund, and a supporter of Healing Arts, an initiative exploring the role of culture in collective well-being. She is presently a patron of Khoj Studios in New Delhi, one of India's most important platforms for experimental and contemporary art practice.

Rezwan Razack is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Prestige Group, one of India’s leading real estate and property development companies. His exceptional business acumen, vision and guidance have been instrumental in the company’s growth for over the last 40 years.

Razack is not a person to be limited by business goals alone. A philanthropist by nature, he dedicated himself to co-ordinating the ‘Terry Fox Run’– a fund raising event in aid for Cancer Research in Bangalore. For this effort, The Governor General of Canada David Johnston, during his State visit in 2014, awarded a Medallion and Scroll to Rezwan Razack. He staunchly supports the PRAY (Pain Relief and You) Foundation, which provides medical assistance to the underprivileged.

Razack is an enthusiastic collector of Indian Banknotes. This hobby, fuelled by his passion and quest for knowledge in a period of over 55 years, has created one of the world’s most comprehensive collection of Indian Paper Money and related collectibles since inception to the present. With exhaustive scholarly research and study, Razack co-authored ‘The Revised Standard Reference Guide to Indian Paper Money’, released in January 2012. This guide is the single, most reliable point of reference on Indian Paper Money. In 2017, Razack authored his 2nd book ‘One Rupee - One Hundred Years 1917-2017’, to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the issue of the One Rupee note in India. Razack regularly writes meticulously researched articles for several national and international numismatic publications.

Currently Razack is the Chairman of International Bank Note Society – India Banknote Collectors’ Chapter (IBNS-IBCC).

Razack’s long cherished dream – ‘Rezwan Razack’s Museum on Indian Paper Money’ dedicated to Indian Paper Money became a reality in Bangalore, India in 2020 and is now open to public.

In 2021, the G. D. Goenka University conferred Rezwan Razack with the degree ‘Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) Honoris Causa’ in recognition of his exemplary contribution in the field of Indian Paper Money.

Today Razack is synonymous as an internationally recognised numismatist, scholar and mentor. His commitment to excellence and invaluable contributions to the advancement of numismatic knowledge transcend borders that exemplify national patriotism.
