PATI Jaipur Exhibition & Learning Centre

Opened in 2024, Jaipur Art Week's Exhibition & Learning Centre, hosts a year-round programme of exhibitions, workshops, talks and community events, celebrating the work of emerging and mid-career artists from across India, and Rajasthan.

Launched with Manisha Gera Baswani’s exhibition, A New Skin, in partnership with Gallery Espace, a parallel programme engaged audiences with Baswani's practice through workshops and talks.

In July 2025, In Search of a Space, an exhibition of Rajasthani artist Lochan Upadhyay's drawings and sculptural installations will explore ideas of migration, home, and cultural memory.

A programme of workshops hosted by Upadhyay will welcome local audiences and young creatives to engage with his multidisciplinary practice. Supporting PATI's commitment to engage audiences across various sociocultural demographic groups with contemporary art, an outreach programme will support access for local school children, and orphans from marginalised communities within the city.

PATI Jodhpur Residency & Learning Centre

Opened in early 2025, Jodhpur Arts Week's Learning Centre, is situated in Shree Sumer School, an active primary school located in the heart of Jodhpur's Walled City. Visiting artists are hosted in PATI's Haveli and provided working studio space in Shree Sumer School.

Connecting visiting artists, designers and thinkers, with the Jodhpur's communities, PATI's productive residency programme encourages all participants to commit at least 20% of their time to an active programme of workshops, events and talks, designed to foster create cross-cultural learning and exchange. Exploring alternative commissioning and curatorial models, visiting artists and designers then co-create work in collaboration with Jodhpur's artisans, local school children, and diverse communities, which is later showcased at Jodhpur Arts Week.

To date, visiting artists and contributors have included: Anitha Reddy and Artisans from the Siddhi Community, Ayesha Singh, Awdhesh Tamrakar, Gaspard Combes, Kaimurai, Laxmipriya Panigrahi, Richa Arya, Thukral and Tagra and 54 Faces (Dr. Pam Nyawiri and Judy Sanderson).
